Choose your business structure

Submit your online application

Once you have completed the initial procedures, the license registration process can begin, and the required documents submitted. For SAIF company set up documents required include a Memorandum and Articles of Association, a comprehensive business plan, Emirates ID, and depositing the required share capital. Companies must also pay a license registration fee that is dependent on the type of company being set up. For a free zone company, the license registration costs AED 10,000 while it AED 5000 for a branch

Payment and collection of license

Our team will assist you in the payment of the license fees. The approximate cost of a commercial and service license is AED 7,000. The cost of a general trading license in AED 15,000. Once the payment is processed you will receive your license and can begin running your business
