2. Submit your online application

Once you have received the initial approval, then the license registration process for DIFC company set up can begin, and the required documents submitted. The documents needed for the license include Memorandum and Articles of Association, a comprehensive business plan, Emirates ID, and NOC from the residency visa sponsor.

3. Payment and collection of license

Post licensing
