  • Members of the UAE armed forces, police, and other security personnel

  • Workers employed in farms or pastures except those working in agricultural institutions

In case the company is located within a free zone the relevant free zone authority handles the disputes. Disputes are first settled through alternative dispute resolution methods, however in case a conclusion cannot be reached both Mainland and free zone company employment disputes can be settled through the UAE Courts.
